Join CNE and Lipscomb University's Institute for Conflict Management for a lunch and learn event.

Professor Elizabeth McMillan, assistant professor at the Institute of Conflict Management at Lipscomb University will present Managing Conflict with Executive Leadership.

Nonprofit boards are powerful engines for mission success—when they work well. This session will cover what makes board conflict unique, how self-awareness and smart systems can prevent dysfunction, and practical strategies for managing conflict when it arises.
