Our next lunch and learn will feature a presentation by our College Dean, Dr. Steve Joiner on the topic of "Negotiating with Difficult People," followed by a Q&A. This is a great opportunity to learn new strategies for negotiation and mediation, and to learn more about the Certificate and Master's in Conflict Management programs.
