Session 1

Join Dr. Donita Brown, Assistant Professor of Management at Lipscomb University's College of Business and Pfeffer Graduate School of Business and host of "The Management Minute" podcast for a 3-part virtual training series on the foundational skills needed for lifelong leadership. Choose 1, 2, or all 3 sessions to attend!

Participants who attend all 3 trainings will be awarded the "Foundations for Lifelong Leadership" Credly Badge to proudly demonstrate their commitment to this professional development opportunity!

In Session 1we'll discuss followership and how understanding your follower's archetypes will allow you to develop as a leader.
In Session 2 we'll discuss the 9 types of leaders and you'll assess your current strengths and areas of opportunity.
In Session 3 we'll discuss the 6 domains of self care and help you develop a plan to address any self care deficits you may be experiencing!
